The Tax Publishers Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 643 of the Companies Act, 1956, and of all other powers enabling, the Supreme Court of India, after consulting the High Courts, hereby makes the following rules :- PART I GENERAL R.1.
