Supplemental LLP Agreements Relating to Admission of a New Partner into LLP

THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT OF AB LLP is entered into this .... day of ............................. 2022

BETWEEN

1. AB LLP incorporated under the LLP Act, 2008 having its registered office at Avadh Vihar, Jodhpur and hereinafter referred to as the LLP,

2. Shri AB s/o Shri CD resident of Chopasni Road, Jodhpur and hereinafter referred to as partner of the LLP, and

3. Shri EF s/o Shri GH resident of Corporate Tower, Jodhur and hereinafter referred to as partner of the LLP. (ALL THREE ABOVE COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS PARTIES TO THE SUPPLEMENTAL LLP AGREEMENT OF THE ONE PART).

AND

Shri KL s/o Shri MN resident of Shastri Nagar, Jodhpur of the other part.

WHEREAS the said AB and EF are partners in the ABC LLP situated in ............................ and are bound as such under an agreement executed by them on the ................................... day of ....................................... 2022 hereinafter referred to as the LLP Agreement.

AND WHEREAS the said KL is willing to become a partner of the aforesaid AB LLP and invest a sum of Rs. ............................................... and the LLP is willing to admit him as a partner and the prior consent to become a partner has been filed by Shri KL.

Accordingly, it has mutually been agreed by the parties as under--

1. Shri KL shall become a partner of the AB LLP on and from ..........................
