IntermsofthesaidOfferDocument,theSPDEistosetapart,transfer,hold, manageandadministerthereceivablesandthesecuritiestherefor;eitherbyitself orthroughaservicer;intrust forthebenefit oftheInvestorstowhomthesecuritized debtinstrumentsaretobeissuedevidencingtheirundividedbeneficialinterestin the receivablesand thesecurities thereforandin thecash flows therefrom.

holdersofthesecuritizeddebtinstrumentsinaccordancewiththeschemeandany othermattersinaccordancewithSecuritiesAndExchangeBoardOfIndia(Public OfferAndListingOfSecuritisedDebtInstruments)Regulations,2008(hereinafter referred toas “theRegulations”).
