This appeal is filed by the National Research Development Corporation (assessee) against the order of the learned Commissioner (Appeals)-6, Delhi [The ld CIT A] dated 9-11-2016 for the assessment year 2011-12, where the only grievance is that the claim of write off of business investment resulting into loss of Rs. 60 lacs was not allowed to the assessee as business loss holding that it is in the nature of capital loss.
