Charitable trusts and institutions enjoy tax concession by way of exemption subject to satisfaction of certain conditions prescribed therein. The legal provisions are so complicated that the law makers too, make some amendments in frequent intervals intended to block any loophole or fine tune the legal provisions. But the number of amendments made does not in any way augur well for us.
