The Tax Publishers Notification No. S.O. 4584(E) [F. No. A-12023/01/2018-Ad.IV], dt. 29-09-2022 Extension of tenure of Judicial Members and Technical Members of National Company Law Tribunal In exercise of the powers conferred by section 413 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby extends the tenure of the following Judicial Members and Technical Members of National Company Law Tribunal appointed, vide Notification No. S.O. 3412 (E), dt. 20-9-2019, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, sub-section (ii), for a period of two year or till attaining the age of 65 years, or until further order, whichever is earliest from the date of expiry of the tenure under the said Notification.
