1. Introduction

The Securities and Exchange Board of India has on 25th June, 2024 notified SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2024, which amended the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015.
