Against the final judgment dated 8-10-2015 of Delhi High Court in C.M. No. 1148 of 2015 in W.P.C. No. 658 of 2015 whereby the High Court following Galileo Netherland BV v. Asstt. DIT (International Taxation) (2014) 367 ITR 319 (Del) set aside the draft asessment orders as well as the directions given by the Dispute Resolution Panel, Revenue filed SLP before Supreme Court. Held: Special Leave to appeal was granted.
